  • All-star charity tennis event co-hosted annually by Billie Jean King and Sir Elton John and run by World TeamTennis
  • Benefiting the Elton John AIDS Foundation and Washington AIDS Partnership
  • 2010 event featured Andre Agassi, Stefanie Graf, Anna Kournikova, and Martina Navratilova
  • Featured live and silent auctions with items such as Centre Court Wimbledon seats, US Open Luxury Suite tickets and a signed Elton John piano bench

World TeamTennis hired Net Results Marketing to act as the local promoter for the event, with responsibilities including sponsorship sales, group ticket sales, local marketing efforts and working with the event director on all other aspects of running and promoting the event.

The Results:

Smash Hits was completely sold-out, raising over $500,000 for the AIDS charities, and bringing the 18-year total in money raised to over $10 million. The pre-match reception and live auction raised over $250,000.
